I had a great experience at Scott Eyecare! When I first moved to the area, I had a mild allergic reaction, and they recommended an eye drop that worked perfectly. My new glasses were also ready much faster than I expected. Dr. Ron and Dr. Chula were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Dr. Chula is an outstanding eye doctor. I have keratoconus, and she always takes the time to explain my eye health, test results, & contact lens options in a way that's easy to understand. I never feel rushed, & I appreciate how thorough she is in ensuring all necessary testing is done to find the best contact lens fit for my eyes. We saw Dr. Chula. She was great and explained everything in detail. She prescribed a set of specific glasses after a very detailed assessment and it's been few weeks and my daughter who struggles with regulation, has been more regulated using her glasses! We are planning to start the vision therapy and cannot wait to see what additional positive changes will happen.
Every person in the office is amazing! Dr Chula is invested in her patients, listens, and thinks outside the box to find solutions. All other drs told us my daughter would never have better than 20/50 vision and wouldn’t be able to drive. Dr Chula found a way to get her to 20/25, she is driving and excelling in her sports too!
I'm sorry, I don't want to butcher her name. But the super, nice, absolute best person to help me... (Nylepha), quite frankly... anywhere. Sometimes you just need that help to so yes... and she made my experience painless. I can't thank her enough! And of course the Doctor was amazing. Both doctors are so nice and make the whole experience great.
