Since I'm a patient of Bailey Scott and White for years. Let me start by saying as with any medical treatment, some facilities are better than others but under the same umbrella. First, there's one PCP that goes above and beyond, Dr. ASHANTI DUNMEYER. I can't explain this doctor in words, bedside manner is excellent, outstanding, phenomenal 100%. Any referrals, order, whatever, she's very timely. Her staff, kudos, any questions whether it's in the portal or they need to call you, done! Overall, my experience with my neurologist, Dr. Haq who's no longer there, extraordinary Dr. Initially my appointments were in Dallas then he transferred to Temple. I had two DHE infusions different years. However, I went from 30-40 migraines per month to maybe 0 and sometimes 5 or 6. He prescribed me Amovig monthly 💉 and Ritizatriptan when I may have one. The staff in Temple is so friendly and helpful. One thing I would ask the medical board or whomever makes the decisions. I had to travel from Austin to Temple, stay in a hotel, Uber daily to and from the facility. I'm retired and on a fixed income. Please consider allowing people that suffer like me to stay in the hospital for four days. I have Medicare and BlueCross through my job. I am advocating for myself and others. I guess the question could be posed to me. Why not receive treatment in Austin? I tried 3 different neurologist and ended up in ICU one night. Anyway, I traveled to Dallas for treatment for months. Also, Dr. Wedlock, orthopedic surgeon in Dallas fixed my torn meniscus that was years ago, excellent. I have an appointment with him on August 18th regarding my knees. Austin (2) said they couldn't help me. But I love ❤️ my Baylor Scott and White. Respectfully, May Marie Thompson

Baylor Scott & White makes it nearly impossible to pay your bill online. For over a YEAR, I’ve been getting text messages saying I have a bill due, but when I click the link, there’s no bill connected to my account. Every single time I contact customer service, I get a different explanation and zero actual resolution. At this point, it’s not a customer mistake — it’s a system problem they refuse to fix. Yes, I know I can call to pay another way. That’s not the point. In 2026, paying a medical bill online should be simple, functional, and consistent. Other healthcare systems manage to do it just fine. I was also told they do not charge late fees, so until they fix THEIR issue, I’m not wasting more time chasing down a bill they can’t even properly attach to my account online. After dealing with this for a year, I’ve moved my business elsewhere to a provider that actually helps their patients instead of making basic billing feel archaic.

The clinic is fine but I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Krishnarao Bodapati I referred my 21 yr old son to this clinic for a possible sinus infection. He had an appt with Dr Tom who he said was very polite and listened to his concerns. Then Dr. Krishnarao Bodapati came in and took over the rest of the appt and was extremely rude and condescending from the start. My son was recommended allergy shots by a family member because he has terrible allergies and always gets sinus infections so he asked about them while he was there. Instead of educating him or simply treating him for his issue he's been suffering from for the past 3-4 weeks , Dr. Krishnarao Bodapati instead berated him on asking about allergy shots stating things like "do you even know what those are??" "No we're not doing that". She instead rushed a new patient appt, from what I got out of his feedback. My son said he's never had an appt that fast and was obviously being pushed out because he was guessing it was close to closing time and sure enough, we looked up the hours and it was close to closing time. He diesnt even feel he got an adequate check up if thats what that was! Reasons I'm extremely mad and disappointed: 1) she didnt try to help him for his sinus infection 2) she came in angry for no good reason and seemed to take it out on her patient. Hes young and too nice to speak up so he didnt say anything 3) she told him to go to an allergist instead and she cant help him (why can't she help??? maybe an explanation would've helped at the very least!) 4) Im trying to encourage my kids to take care of themselves and schedule their yearly exams, go to the dr when they are sick, etc, basically just do the adults things. Then we get people like Krishnarao Bodapati that give them a terrible experience and make them feel stupid or discouraged on going to the dr...I'm embarrassed for recommending him! The appt was a whole waste of time for him. Sorry for the 1 star BSW but its your provider that gets the 1 star

As others have noted, Scott & White has sunk to using dishonest and unscrupulous billing practices. My last visit was supposed to be a no cost preventative wellness check. The resident who conducted the exam asked a series of routine questions about seasonal allergies, etc. and I later received a sizeable bill for specialist fees, even though I had no new or significant health concerns. I tried to resolve the issue, but providers will not return calls and billing is a hopeless mess. I was essentially told they had changed their billing practices and if I didn’t like it— too bad. I recommend finding healthcare elsewhere as I have done (after being a patient for over 20 years).

We scheduled a new provider appointment for my son last year for January 2026. In January we were unable to make it because he was sick and I called 4 days in advance to let them know. They moved him to March 23, 2026. Today I get a phone call that Dr. Berg schedule has changed and he will see my son until May!!! Are you kidding me! Almost half a year, after his year visit, has to go by before he is seen for a annual pediatric visit!! Wow!
