From scheduling to registration to examination to fitting, Eyeology in Scottsdale DOES IT RIGHT! The entire staff is professional, encouraging and kind! The facility is tremendously up to date, with advanced eye monitoring equipment. Everything is organized, clean and presented just right. My appointment began on time and Dr. Sandhu began by completely explaining every step she was taking, she made me comfortable, and continually gave me rested assurance that I came to the right eye professional. She concluded with several points for me to monitor, helped me decide next steps and just really made me feel welcome and at ease. She treated me more like family than like a patient or customer. I think everyone should get to visit her for their eye care! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very thorough and friendly team! Dr. Sandhu is wonderful and provided a very comprehensive workup and treatment plan for my dry eye. I appreciate her research-based practice and deep knowledge of the various medications and technologies available for treatment. I also never feel rushed during our appointments and am able to get all of my questions answered. The office staff is also incredible and helped sort out issues with my medical insurance. I look forward to continuing my care with their team.

Dr. Uppal is an excellent optometrist. He explained everything thoroughly and he made me feel at ease! He has an excellent bedside manner and he is very knowledgeable about all things optometry. He has a beautiful office and has an amazing selection of frames as well. The office manager is excellent at what she does and explained everything very well and did not make me feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions regarding purchasing eyewear. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Eyeology. Both times were same day issues that got taken care of. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes and had very professional interactions. My mom switched to them after my first appointment and loves them too. I highly recommend.
