I had a really good experience getting my first pair of glasses in many years , the staff was great! The eye doctor was excellent she made me feel comfortable. Valerie was also a great help, she helped me pick out my glasses and got me out of there with a smile!! I just received my glasses this last week and was very pleased. Thank u all for the help and experience

Today was my first experience at Scripps Poway Eyecare. Dr. Mashouf provided an exceptionally thorough and professional eye exam experience from start to finish. He took the time to discuss my eye health in detail, and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. His attention to detail, depth of knowledge, and calm, kind demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident that I was receiving outstanding care. I was equally impressed by the staff. The associate who assisted me with my contact lens order was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. She made the entire process seamless and took extra time to ensure everything was correct and comfortable for me. The level of customer service throughout the office was truly exceptional. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient experience. I left feeling extremely well cared for and would highly recommend Dr. Mashouf and his team to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate eye care. ✨

We have been patients at Scripps Poway Eyecare for many years. We have always seen Dr. Wan and think he is terrific. Yesterday, Daisy helped us make frame choices and discussed our prescription needs and wants. Melanie is always helpful and treats us specially. A totally wonderful experience.

Dr. Keith Wan is amazing, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain your options and will never try to sell you treatments or procedures that you don't need. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional care.

My wife and I have been patients since the practice opened. Even though our treatment began to necessitate going to specialists to address deteriorating vision, we continued to purchase eyeglasses here. In June after waiting three months for an appointment, I received an updated prescription after cataract and detached retina surgeries. The optometrist at that major health care center who provided the prescription indicated I might need an adjusted prescription, but I believed that all that would be needed would be to contact his office to receive the adjusted prescription. Long story short, that office informed me after contacting them that the new prescription was not working to wear only the new glasses for several weeks and if there were still issues to make an appointment. Out of curiosity I learned the earliest appointment would be in October. Upon contacting Scripps Poway Eyecare on a Friday afternoon, I was seen on this Tuesday morning and the issue is being addressed. Going forward if I need a new prescription I will only go to Scripps Poway Eyecare even if it means incurring an out of pocket expense. All staff listened carefully and were committed to resolving the issue. This is an office committed to patient care and that I need as a critical part of my eyecare team.
