Nice people , good customer service, hit my glasses as expected, I used insurance so price OK …BUT hours suck!! 8a to 5p Monday thru Friday!!! What business thinks it’s good customer service , a good idea, to not be open ANY ( not even one) late. Ight and no hours on Saturdays… it’s crazy!!! Great for the employees but customer service wise or shopper wise Sucks!!

Dr running this location was awesome. She took her time and explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt like she enjoyed her job. Hard to find nowadays. My only complaint is I wish they had more variety of frames. Might just me cause I’m old but frames all look the same to me. 🤷‍♂️

This business has completely lost my trust. I would give them a "zero" stars if it wasn't for not letting me post without rating. We purchased prescription glasses from them about four years ago and recently returned to have the lenses replaced. During our first visit, we were told we needed a new optometrist prescription — fair enough — but they had no appointments available, so we drove to their sister store in Conroe to get the exam done. When we came back with the updated prescription, ready to order new lenses, we were suddenly informed that they do not replace lenses unless you also buy a new frame. This was never mentioned during the first visit. Our existing frame is in excellent condition and cost nearly $600, so being told — after two trips — that we were required to purchase a new one felt misleading and completely unreasonable. Clear communication and customer service should be non‑negotiable, especially in a business that deals with medical prescriptions and high‑cost products. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. As a result, they’ve lost not only one returning customer, but also three others in our household who were planning to purchase prescription glasses.

All the staff provide excellent customer service, and the doctor is very professional. 100% recommended—thank you.

I am so happy that I was able to make an appointment tment, pick my time slot and get right in the same day! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! The doctor was great she listened to my questions and took the time to answer. The was able to give me the contacts the were needed and orderd more. All good I have been here before and will return again!
