While this practice has good reviews and seemingly capable doctors, the level of administrative disorganization is deeply concerning. My experience trying to coordinate care was a series of frustrations: Communication Breakdown: I had to call repeatedly and was constantly transferred. Most of the time I ended up in voicemail. When I finally received a callback, it was at 7:45 AM—a call I unfortunately missed. Medical Misinformation: The staff I reached seemed to have no understanding of their own cosmetic procedures. In one instance, the scheduler was insistently confused, claiming I told him they "do cosmetic procedures on the cornea." I never once said the word cornea; I referred to the "white part of the eye." The scheduler then insisted that the cornea was the white part of the eye. Inconsistency: Basic questions were answered differently every time I spoke to someone new. It is frankly scary to consider having surgery performed on your eyes by an organization that cannot maintain a functioning phone tree or proper call routing. If this is how they handle a simple inquiry, I shudder to imagine the difficulty of reaching someone if a post-operative complication or side effect occurred. Despite the positive medical reputation, the clinical side is only as good as the administrative support behind it. I cannot recommend a place that feels this chaotic.

I was referred to “See Clearly” and I am forever grateful for my experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by very warm, friendly and professional staff! The office environment is very clean and comfortable. Not to mention the amazing doctors! Which mine happens to be Dr. Dawn Williams, whom was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and patient. I strongly encourage anyone reading my review to try this Office and its Team for yourself and this “exceptional experience”!
We went to see Dr. Dawn Williamsfor my father appointment, we waited 1month and half and we drove 45min to see her, she was the most disrespectful doctor I ever see in my life, she has so bad attitude, she was treated us so mean way with so bad attitude. My dad is elderly she does not have any patience, the way she response to us was horrible. We'll never see her.
If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. They gave me the runaround for three months when I sought treatment for my Keratoconus. At first, they claimed there was a program available through my insurance, but later they said there was no such program. I eventually went to Dr. Silk Vision and got both my crosslinking and corneal transplant in August. Trying to reach someone at See Clearly for follow-up treatment was nearly impossible—zero to no support unless it was related to a bill, which they communicated about efficiently. Either way, I hope this was just my personal experience and that they don’t treat all of their patients this way. I’m writing this review after receiving an appointment reminder for follow-up eye care. Thank you for your lack of service—I was able to find care elsewhere where my health and well-being actually mattered.
I am very pleased with the care provided by Dr Thura. I am having a second opinion recommended by her regarding my cornea issues. If needed, I will have have surgery for this issue first before my cataract surgery. She is interested in achieving the best results for me to see as well as I possibly can. I anticipate just that. I also am very pleased with the care provided by her staff and scheduler Ashley. I can't say enough good things! It was a positive experience! I recommend this office highly. TWS
