I love SEE Eyewear. Importantly, the reason I've purchased 6 pair in the last 12 month is because of Violet, the store manager. She's customer centric, helpful, fashion forward and shows she deeply cares. I fly in from San Jose regularly just to shop with her.
I had an amazing experience at SEE Eye Glasses, and Violet made all the difference. She was incredibly helpful, transparent about pricing and options, and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything clearly On top of that, her personality and communication were top-tier — professional, friendly, and genuine. I visited the Glendale store in Los Angeles last weekend because I had done the unthinkable - sat on my glasses for the first time ever! I was greeted by the store manager, Haroon, and he immediately had his second in command, Violet, sit with me to find a replacement pair. I initially asked about getting the frames soldered, but she quickly informed me it would be cheaper to buy a new pair if I had insurance, which I idid. I wanted the exact same frames that I had bought in 2019 and being a long time SEE 👀 customer I knew the odds of this happening were extremely low. She checked with other stores and thought they had a pair, but no dice. She did some more digging and as it turned out they had ONE last pair in the store. Talk about timing! Haroon grabbed them off the shelf, Violet popped the lenses in and I was good to go. I'm all about great customer service! I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. They were courteous, quick and extremely competent! Keep up the great work SEE Eyewear 👓 and you will continue to have a committed customer. ~ c. Marlon
