I've had several positive experiences here. The staff is helpful, friendly and communicative. Dr. Hana Lahnichi is professional, personable and thorough. You'll be pressed to find this level of unique and stylish glasses in the city at these price points ($199 and up). I always get compliments when wearing my bold SEE lenses. When I need an adjustment, I stop in for a fix.
This Lincoln Park location is amazing. I've gotten an eye exam, contacts, glasses, and prescription sunglasses here. The service is wonderful. I didn't like the fit of my first pair of prescription sunglasses, so the staff helped me pick out a new pair and replaced them completely free of charge. 10/10.
I recently had an eye exam at SEE Eyewear on Clark Street in Chicago, and I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Lanichi. She was incredibly informative, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. I truly felt like she had my best interest at heart when it came to my eye health, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. The overall experience was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I really appreciated the care and attention I received, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Lanichi and SEE Eyewear to anyone looking for a great eye care experience
Came in off the street with my old glasses, having had cataract surgeries a few weeks prior. Natasha quickly and pleasantly took care of me, double checked pupil distance and had me happily on my way. If the lenses turn out as well as the service, I will be a very happy camper. Good job!
