I was a frequent at SEE almost a decade ago then moved out of state. When I came back, I tried to save money by going to America’s Best. It was a mistake. Not only did they not catch I have astigmatism in my left eye, but they overprescribed my right eye which caused me to have headaches. When I was due to get my eyes checked again (and since I have insurance now) I came to SEE because I remembered how much I liked them. I was not disappointed. The optometrist was his usual easy-going, friendly self. He used active listening and was engaged in the entire eye exam process. He figured out what was going on and adjusted my prescriptions correctly so I would be comfortable. We also switched contact brands so it would be a better fit for my eyes. Jessica helped me with the insurance and got me the best deal for my glasses. I remember she helped me on multiple occasions almost a decade ago! I was very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. I got a cute pair of glasses and left being able to see (after a week of relative blindness)! I love their frames, reasonable prices, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area.
