Just find out that they sold me a wrong contact lenses. My prescription says -3.0 but I got - 4.0 that cause a headache. 2 starts only because one of the employees was nice, the other one was very unprofessional waste a lot of my time and finally I end up with the contacts I can’t use.

This was by far the least satisfying experience I had at an optometrist since I wear glasses, which is more than 30 years. It took the employees a very long time to record my new order for optical sunglasses. Then I received two messages, telling me that my order was ready, while each time I was told that this was not the case. After finally receiving the glasses, the optometrist tried for almost an hour to adjust the frame, without any success. I went to another optometrist, who managed to fix the frame in less than 5 minutes.

I called them and they where super friendly with me. I decided to get my eye exam there, the doctor was very professional and knew what he was doing. I am from a different state and my insurance doesnt work at Michigan so they gave me extra receipts so that i could request a reimbursement. The glasses worked perfectly. My only complaint is that the glasses took longer than expected to arrive. Would definitely come to this place again for my eye exam.

"ATTENTION PLEASE READ" Took myself an my family here about a year ago for glasses ended up spending over 1k for all 4 of us. Well after about 9months my oldest daughters glasses got messed up I don't know how but I know it wasn't on purpose. Anyway when I went there to have them fixed which they had a warranty for we was first greeted fine an everything looked fine but then all of a sudden this older black woman with glasses comes out accusing us of breaking them on purpose. I said I don't think that's the case but what does it matter they have a warranty. She stated it's only valid for accidentally breaking them. I said look they are expensive an my oldest knows she would be in trouble if it was on purpose so I am sure it was by accident. She kept trying to argue an I said look I have warranties on electronics that I can break on purpose in front of the representative an they still gotta fix them. She had a dumb response anyways my point is instead of just fixing them she basically accused us of breaking them on purpose instead of just doing her JOB like it was coming from her pocket. She did turn us away but then we went to another Walmart an got them fixed right away without even being accused of that. I know I am not a big shot but I will take my money for glasses somewhere else permanently. Again it was an old black semi heavy woman with glasses.

Dr Natasha Potts is the best doctor I have ever had! She’s excellent at what she does and is very nice! She makes sure you are taken care of and takes the time to explain any questions. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs eye care!
