I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Volkert at See La Vie! My new patient eye exam was incredibly thorough, and I truly appreciated that the appointment never felt rushed. Dr. Volkert took the time to make sure everything was carefully checked and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Honestly, this was the best appointment I’ve ever had at an eye doctor’s office. I left feeling confident and reassured knowing that my eyes are in excellent hands and will be well cared for.

Dr Volker and her STAFF were extremely helpful explaining the results of my evaluation and recommendations for follow up. I was referred to Dr Shafer at the Vision Institute. He and his staff were also very effective and efficient. Dr. McMenammen consulted on two occasions outlining the results expected to “program“ the new lenses, all quite interesting and informative. The surgery, right through to the post- surgical “cranberry juice and graham crackers” was an amazing experience particularly seeing the world through miraculous new lenses! Dr Yudell

The care team is wonderful here. You will receive excellent and personalized eye care and they also have very trendy glasses at a fair range of prices. My daughter also had her first eye exam here at age 5 and she felt very safe and had fun picking out glasses. Highly recommend this eyecare practice.

The team at See La Vie is wonderful. This is my second exam and pair of lenses with through them, and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. The receptionist, who I forgot to get her name, welcomed me and offered a great selection of beverages while I waited, which was about 2 minutes. Ashley makes the initial exam a pleasant with a 100% digital experience, no dilation needed. Dr. Volkert is enthusiastic about explaining my eye health, asking about any issues I’ve been having and making sure my prescription is dialed in. Sherry is great at helping you find the perfect frame if you need them, or making your new lenses to fit your current ones. At my last appointment I saw a great example of the commitment to eye care Dr. Volkert has. A man walked in and asked if anyone spoke Spanish. Dr. Volkert said “poquito”, and tried to help them. He had a broken arm on their glasses and she explained that they couldn’t fix, but explained how and where he could get a replacement pair. Truly customer first experience.

Dr Kayla and her staff were wonderful! And the technology her practice uses is amazing! Gave me great confidence in the diagnosis and the results. I have a complicated set of vison- and balance-related issues, in part due to glaucoma, and Dr Kayla took the time to listen. And after all the tests, she also took the time to review the health of my eyes with me. I cannot speak highly enough of her and the service she provided.
