We have been seeing Dr Hsu since she was in the Costco and love her new space! It’s bright and airy. Dr Hsu and her staff are wonderful and efficient. I brought my 4 kids in for eye exams. She did a scan of the back of their eyes and suggested my oldest start wearing MiSight to help slow the progression of her prescription. Her staff taught my 11 year old how to wear her new contacts and gave her the confidence to do it herself when she got home. We are VERY satisfied with Dr Hsu and highly recommend her office for all your vision needs.

Had a great experience! Had a serious eye injury about 3 weeks ago, which i couldn't get a quick appointment outside of going to the emergency room. Dr. Teresa Hsu saw me immediately as, she realized how serious the injury was. Had some inflammation and swelling from contact lens cleaner which accidentally got in my eye. Within an hour and a half, I was putting crucial medical eye drops in my eyes which definitely helped me to recover. From the phone call to her two assistance up to Dr Hsu seeing me was world Class. Let me start by saying I have no desire to harm the reputation of this business or leave what will be called a bad review. That being said I stopped in on Friday afternoon because I was in the area and I like to stop by before booking eye exams and had an experience I'd like to relay. I would likely need to be getting toric lenses and my corneas are pretty flat 40 and 41.5. I stopped in and talked to the lady at the front desk I asked three questions one what trial fitting to toric lenses do you have? Number two would the doctor be open to or experienced with fitting someone with flat corneas? Number three what is the cost? The only answer I got was to number three which is $365 had I gone to the appointment and not asked about this I would have been a little bit cringy paying it. I have no issue with the front desk person not knowing it but there was no effort to find out or to help me see if the practice would be a good fit for me and I think one should know that before they book an appointment but this is not a review of the doctor or anything like that just a hey by the way thanks
