Clean, spacious place. Very courteous , friendly and professional employees. Easy check-in and warm welcome. Technician who conducted my Examination was excellent. Employee made me feel comfortable and relax. Doctor was courteous and professional. Performed my Examination throughly. Explained results so I can understand. Provided me with information needed for the future.
As a first time patient, I had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and direct. With out knowing of my social anxiety, they showed me patience as I was having some issue with my eyes cooperating during the eye exam. They made me feel welcome and I felt as if I've been there several times before. I also witnessed other patients that have clearly been going there for awhile and still super happy with thier experience as well. 10/10 highly recommend.
I was a walk in, because a stye had developed into an infection over a two day period. Front office staff were so helpful and were able to work me in quickly. Back office staff were equally pleasant and ran the usual tests to make sure there was no underlying problem. Dr Bittar was clear in explaining what he was prescribing and what I needed to do to clear up the problem. Overall it was a very positive experience. I will be returning to this practice.
My daughters absolutely love Dr.B! He was so patient and kind with them! They had so much fun at their appointment. Carmen in the front office was also a huge help. She made sure I understood everything I needed and guided me through the process. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone!
