Dr. Charters has been my optometrist for over 20 years. He’s the only one that gets my eyes right . My eyes are screwy ! I have always appreciated the care he gives me with the various vision tests. He discusses everything thoroughly with me. I am never rushed. His office is just the right size. It’s not one of these great big mega vision centers. It is always a nice quiet atmosphere and his staff is also great. My vision for the last several years has not changed so I had not been in. However, I just had an exam , everything was good and I got a really nice pair of glasses for a decent price. There’s always the choice of going to get the Two for One , going to the discount places, but I just did not want to bother with shopping around. I have a beautiful pair of new glasses coming from Dr. Charters office.

Been a customer since 1977. Had several different doctors in the practice over the years, but started with Dr. charters and just saw him yesterday. It was good to see him again and a good experience appointment was quick, easy and on time staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

As a new patient,I was very pleased with my visit. Every staff member were very friendly, and that meant a lot to me. The office is very clean. Was very pleased with doctor Charters, good bed side manners, friendly and thorough with my eye exam.I am very happy, I found Valley Optometric Group.

The office is efficiently run. The staff here is thorough and friendly. I had a great experience!! Love this office staff and Doctor! I will be back next year for my exam and new glasses!!!

Great group of eye doctors. I've seen Dr. Charters for years because he is an excellent doctor...also he is a good-hearted person. I also saw one of the other docs for an urgent appointment a couple years back; the office staff got me in right away and the doc was also great. I highly recommend these doctors for personalized care.
