"Excellent experience. I needed new glasses and specifically wanted the frames I liked. I could have taken my insurance and money anywhere, but this place had a green checkmark for ins. They scheduled me quickly, the tech support during the exam was awesome, and working with Elise was outstanding. She took the time to walk me through lens grades, frames, options, and current promotions without rushing. She let me thoroughly investigate everything and make solid decisions. I could not fill out the forms on line and canceled. They sent me a text saying my appointment was still open. So I went in and I was able to fill out the forms at the desk. They were very helpful and nice. The exam went well and the glasses buying experience was okay. They were not pushy at all. I consider their prices high. But there are higher-end eyeglass store anyway.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. My wait time was very short and my exam seemed very thourough and complete. The news I got back was not as great but ... that isn't their fault!

Billing stinks. Despite having great insurance we were apparently billed for a service not covered under our insurance. A year and a half later I get a letter from a debt collector. After calling to inquire about it, this office supposedly talked to my husband who said we would pay it next month (not what he usually does if someone calls and says we missed something financially, he usually investigates and pays). The original charge in August 2024 was sent to collections for payment in May 2026 after one conversation in December 2024. Come on!! It's paid now, but will never go back!!!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I got a next day appointment. They are professional and friendly. They are very thorough and have updated technology with machines I’ve never had. I will be back. Thank you
