I had accidentally injured my right eye on a friday night, tried to find an eye doctor somewhere in Spokane, but of course everyone was closed for the weekend. Last chance effort was to try the doctor at Lenscrafters- at the mall - best luck ever. The staff were vere professional and accommodating for someone with no appointment. The doctor was the BEST and immediately responded and fixed the issue. I was in a lot of pain and he knew exactly what to do. Thank you all very much!!!

I was promptly seen as soon as I arrived, front desk was very polite and informative. The testing process was smooth and the Dr. sent me a referral for extensive testing for a diagnosis. The Dr was very helpful and I had a great experience!

Most wonderful and helpful people I’ve had the pleasure to meet in the medical industry. Dr. So was very knowledgeable and accompanied with a great sense of humor. Just a very pleasant experience over all.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was seen immediately after checking in and the doctor was great. I found out that my vision had not decreased like I thought, my eyes are just dry.

My appointment went well, doctor was great and asked me if I had any questions. Other staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars was that I was charged extra to send my report to my primary physician for my diabetic eye exam. I’ve never in my life have been charged for such nonsense!
