Dr. Grout and her team are incredibly kind and professional. She helped me with my new prescription and helped me heal an itching eyelid. She always takes time to explain my vision and has great bedside or "eyeside" manner during my exam. I love what they all do for my vision.
Had been 8 years since my last set of frames. Went to a local shop and was surprised by the options and prices. Went to Wishlist Optical and couldn't be happier!! The opticians were able to acknowledge needs and concerns about frames and lenses as a mechanic. Friendly customer-focused service woth clear explanations pf the billing process using Eye Med insurance. Based on the experience, any price would have been worth it. To top it all off, they came in less than 50% of the price quoted from the local shop! Phenomenal experience!! Highly recommend Wishlist Optical for your vision needs.

Dr. Grout and staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. As someone who is older, it's nice to have a staff who dispenses with the routine questions and gets to the point. A yearly exam should not be a 2 hour process of waiting. With Dr Grout, it's professional and caring wrapped up in a relatively quick visit.
