My experience at Shah Eye center has been outstanding. I took my daughter because she was having an issue with her eye for quite some time. I got to see Dr. Raffell, he was very patient, understanding and nice. I can not say how grateful I am with the care my daughter has recieved at Shah. The front desk and staff also very very nice and efficient. Dr. Raffell has done everything that he can for my daughters fast recovery. Great health providers.

Our experience at Shah Eye Center was outstanding from start to finish. My wife has a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical exams, and Fabiola immediately put her at ease. She was incredibly caring, compassionate, patient, and educational throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain every step of the exam, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful experience so much easier. Dr. Sanchez was equally exceptional. He was extremely thorough with his examination, took the time to explain his findings clearly, and made sure we understood the treatment plan. When placing my wife’s bandage contact lens, he was incredibly gentle, making what could have been an uncomfortable procedure much easier than we expected. His attention to detail, skill, and compassionate bedside manner gave us complete confidence in the care she received. Thank you to Fabiola, Dr. Sanchez, and the entire team at Shah Eye Center for providing such outstanding, patient-centered care. We highly recommend Shah Eye Center to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their patients.

My entire visit to Dr. Shaw’s Weslaco office was very enjoyable. It is not very often that one walks into an office and meets up with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. My favorable experience began with the two receptionists, followed by Dr. Sanchez’ expertise and last but not least, with Bel, who helped me with the purchasing of my glasses. I congratulate your directorship/management staff for ensuring that excellent service be provided by their employees to the customers. The front desk staff were outstanding and very kind. They helped me so much. The individual that screened me at the beginning was also very sweet and kind. For those 2 reasons I gave the 5! Loved the timely care.

My appointment today with Dr. Alcantara was very good, he put me at ease about my contact lenses and reassured me he would fix my vision issues. Fabiola was so friendly and listened to what I had to say. Great visit.
