Everyone was incredibly kind, sweet, and professional, and they truly took care of all of my needs. They helped me feel confident again. Whenever I reached out with concerns about my eyes, they explained everything clearly and patiently, and they always made me feel at ease. I have been a patient of Dr. Shapiro's for several years and he is exceptional. Dr. Shapiro is very professional and takes his time to explain everything to you so that you understand everything that is going on. I have had 2 different surgeries and everything went perfect. The office staff is also wonderful and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend Dr. Shapiro to everyone.
