Very attentive and helpful. I was so happy with how my appointment went and would absolutely go again. The doctor was very nice and patient, paid a lot of attention to make sure I was satisfied. He explained every step of the process and gave insightful information on the different options I had.

Dr. Lee took his time to explain the exam process & answer all questions. He explained things in layman’s terms and made the process easy. I was taken back with the steep cost of frames & lenses, however.

Dr Sherman Lee is the best optician on the planet. Very talented with eye exams. Puts you at ease and super thorough. BJ's is lucky to have him. Only issue I had was when I picked up my new sunglasses; there was a bubble near the frame so I had to wait 2 weeks to pick up the repaired glasses.
