Nothing but positive things to say regarding the staff at both the Renton & Bellevue locations! Dr. Sharpe was very kind and supportive during the EVO ICL procedure. Dr. Casimir has been amazing to work/talk with regarding pre & post surgery measures, and all of the staff have been incredibly helpful in making the patient experience run smoothly. My vision has increased tremendously and am grateful to have had the help from the staff here.

Had an amazing experience at SHARPEVISION in Renton. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The procedure was quick, smooth, and the results have been life-changing. I can already see so much better and wish I would’ve done this sooner. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering LASIK or eye care services!

This place is life changing! when i first walked in i was greeted by Avery, and then spoke to Dustin the center director about Evo ICL. I was then set up with an appointment and met more members from the amazing team at renton, Melissa and Dr. Casimir, who helped me with the entire process pre and post operation. One month later and i’m happy to say i have 15/20 VISION! from a girl who’s worn glasses her whole life this is unbelievable! i am so thankful and happy to bah be taken this step and grateful to the renton team for making this possible.

I had Evo ICL with Dr Sharpe about two weeks ago and it was the best decision ever! I can see perfectly clear now without the hassle of putting on glasses or contact lenses daily! My overall experience was excellent from initial consult to the surgery and follow up appointments. Dr Casamir is wonderful and very pleasant to work with, she is very gentle and explains in details instructions, so you leave with no doubt you’re in good hands! Dr Sharpe is truly a gem, I felt very comfortable and confident with his work. He made me feel at ease throughout the procedure and made sure all my questions were answered! He even texted me personally to check on how I was doing. The staff in Renton are amazing! Very friendly and professional in all aspects from front desk to the back office! This clinic used to be WA Valley Eye & Laser Center. When I set up my most recent appointment to see my ophthalmologist Dr. Li, I was not told that the clinic was now SharpeVision, and Dr. Li was no longer there. When I arrived, they ushered me in to see an optometrist I didn’t know, nor expect. My 15 minute eye appt took 1.5 hours, as they tested me for a bunch of things, including a cataract surgery pre-op, all unexpected. Once I got home, I realized that the papers I took home with me did not include my eyeglass prescription, the only thing I’d gone there for! So I called. Multiple times, no one answered. They never returned my call. When I finally got hold of someone, they said I could come pick up my prescription for an additional $70. I argued that that was the only reason I had made the appointment! They didn’t care, saying that they "don't do prescriptions" because they are a "specialty clinic". Take it or leave it. They never told me any of this up front. I wonder how much they collected from my insurance for this charade. One thing is for sure; I will not be calling to ask. And I will not be going back.
