After having been to several other eye doctors in the area, I really appreciated the friendly, helpful service and the peaceful vibe of this office. Especially liked Dr. Bureau and also Anne, who helped me with the glasses selection! It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and I received several email communication about it, which is nice. Thanks Shawnee Optical!

I’ve come here for many years and never had a bad experience from any doctor. I had a wonderful experience today from Dr. Bureau. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Would definitely never recommend to anyone. Got lied to again thanks General Manager Natasha I guess I know where your employees got their ethics

I absolutely love my doctor, both that I've had here, however I am not a fan of the mere harassment that you are given when you don't come in exactly one year from your last appointment. Phone calls, texts, voicemails - you name it! At least once a week! I've never had a place harass me so bad to come back in for an appointment like I have here. Again, love my doctor; he's the only reason I keep going here, but that harassment needs to stop!
