Went in with a pair of glasses belonging to someone I take care of around like 12/1ish and a very helpful worker at the 'Optic Friends' (? i forget.) fixed them up in like 10 minutes, probably less, apologized for the long wait (I read like 4 pages of comics in that time) & they didn't even charge me for the work they did. Afterward, I accidentally and reflexively threw the freshly repaired glasses, still in their case, into the passenger seat, like a complete and total idiot, and went "why did I do that?" to myself- But! The repairs held up perfectly and when I got back to give the owner their glasses back, they said the glasses felt like new. I did tell him I accidentally threw them and also that he wasn't charged a dime. He was pretty happy about that last part. Anyways, I'd say the worker did a solid job fixing them for me and, again, *literally for free*. 10/10 tyvm fantastic job i didn't get a name but you know who you are mvp, you made an old man super happy.

This office is terrible. I've had two appointments and both i was in the waiting room for a half hour after my appointment, then spent a half hour in an exam room before seeing a doctor. No respect for their patient's time. On top of that my last appointment I asked to purchase glasses instead of contacts because I had leftover contacts still from the last purchase. Now, I go to order extra and am told that I didn't get a prescription for contacts at my appointment and so would need to go in for another "annual" eye exam to get that prescription. Apparently I needed to specifically say that I want a prescription for both so I could order contacts later. I feel its reasonable for the doctor to have let me know that so I don't find myself months away from my next exam and no way to order new contacts.

I had the most amazing experience once again while visiting my Retina Specialist, Dr. Golchet, MD. who is the best! Dr. Golchet is compassionate, trustworthy, highly educated, thoughtful, and cares about the well-being of her patients. Also, I want to recognize Maribel, Breana, Cat, Jacqueline, Dafny, and Zuleyma for making me feel special during my visit and for my procedure. All of you ladies were so friendly and really cared about me. I appreciate all of you so much! Thank you and I'll see you soon.

The Staff is helpful, Doctors are attentive and professionals. One thing that recently happened was that I got a pair of new glasses, Oakley-Meta glasses and got my prescription lenses ordered for the new frame, however when I received my new glasses the original lenses which were clear-Grey/Transitions were not returned to me, according to the staff the Oakley Lab did not send them back, that is almost $200.00 dollars gone.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. They excel at making empty promises but fail completely at execution. Being told 'we will look into this' only to never hear back is misleading and unprofessional. If you value your time and want a company that actually follows through, look elsewhere.
