Shettle Family Eye Care & Eye Wear

I am not a patient here as unfortunately I do not have eye insurance. But I stopped by here to get my gf’s glasses fixed as a lens fell out and the screw came undone. The front desk associate was so kind and did not charge me. The optometrist that did the lens fix was so kind as well. Their building and inside is so nice inside. Brian helped me and they were so kind. Thank you Shettle family eye care!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this optometry office. Dr. Scott and Dr. Logan are both amazing. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly while making you feel comfortable and cared for. You never feel rushed, and it is obvious they truly care about their patients. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the office runs smoothly. Nicole, the office manager, is especially wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and does a great job making the entire visit easy and stress free. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and has such a warm and positive atmosphere. I completely trust this team with my eye care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometry office that genuinely cares.

This practice truly deserves a 5-star rating. They came highly recommended by my co-workers, and now I understand why. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and I appreciated the clear signs of proper sanitation between device uses. Dr. Shettle (the son) was exceptional. His bedside manner is warm, patient, and thorough—he took the time to answer every question without rushing the appointment. The check-in process was fast and straightforward, and being able to complete all paperwork online ahead of time was a huge plus. We are genuinely delighted to have found our new eye-care provider. Their frame selection is fantastic, offering everything from budget-friendly options to high-end luxury brands like Cartier.

Excellent care! Dr. Shettle and his staff are extremely professional and personable. The exam offices and showroom area are impeccably clean and modern. I always have such a pleasant experience with my yearly exams and glasses/contacts purchases. Would highly recommend to anyone. They also have the sweetest office mascot (pictured below 🐶)!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted immediately and notice the bright, modern, clean environment. The staff and doctor are incredible, I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen which is a miracle in this area. Dr Shettle listens to your needs in a comforting manner and has a new high tech dilation camera, so no more long term dilation blindness and it’s only $39(not covered by insurance, worth it!). His staff are friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Brian helped me choose my first prescription glasses and I couldn’t be happier w/ this experience. I highly recommend.
