Amy was very easy to work with and gave honest feedback regarding frame options. She also helped me review inventory to find frames that might fit me a little better. Amy had everything processed in just a few minutes and I was out the door quickly. Great customer service!
Shopko Optical is so professional and friendly. We look forward to our yearly checkup. Dr. Krause gives us thorough eye examines and answers all our questions. Raquel gets our information updates, pre-exam testing, and new eyeware prescriptions completed in a timely manner. She is so patient and friendly. Everyone in the office was helpful. Shannon walked me through the best options for my new glasses. She also took care of a referral the day I came in.
My first appointment was really smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was assisted right away with no problems at all! Dr. Rachel explained every procedure and findings in a way wherein I understand it. Shannon was friendly and smiling.
