Sharp Eyes Family Vision Center Plc

I had a bad experience with Dunes Eye Consultants yesterday and canceled my appointment at check in after waiting almost 2 weeks to be scheduled in, came home and found Sharp Eyes and called and had an appointment the very next day (today). Such wonderful staff, and the doctor was so personable, kind and answered all my questions. Their frames are reasonably priced and even offered to give me my script if I wanted to get my frames elsewhere. HUGE green flags!! Thank you for giving me such a positive experience after my interaction with Dunes yesterday… you all made my day! 10/10 recommend! Dr Maureen Nelson is amazing and her receptionist Ali is so helpful and her assistant (so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was so much fun to banter with.

Very professional and friendly. Ali is the absolute best!! She knows her stuff and always has a smile on her face. Dr. has always provided excellent care to my family and very patient with my two youngest 😊

I was on my last pair of contacts which had a tear in one of them. I hadn't had an exam in a few years; I had just had kept reordering them online. Well, this last payment didn't go through because they needed a Drs approval to continue with my order. I thought for sure I was screwed. I looked up eye places and this was the one that stood out the most. I emailed them and they contacted me right away to come in their next business day when they opened. They hooked me up with an exam and a pair of contacts until they can get more ordered for me. Mind you my vision is -10 with astigmatisms in both eyes. Those are hard to come by. But I was amazed with what she brought me. I havent had vision this good in a long time! I am so grateful for this place!

After moving from a different state I always struggled to find a good doctor. Eye exam was fast and professional, after explaining my experience with other providers the doctor listened and placed me on the correct prescription that I have been using since I can remember Front desk staff are also friendly and exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

I injured my eye and didn't have a regular optometrist. When I called the office to see if I could be seen they were very pleasant and understanding. The receptionist said she would get back to me. She returned my call after speaking to Dr. Nelson and they fit me in promptly. Dr. Nelson and her staff were very compassionate and professional.
