I had a wonderful experience! I was able to get an appointment quickly through telehealth. The doctor offsite and the staff onsite were all very professional and responsive. Noel and Carly were super helpful with my contacts and glasses. Thank you so much!

I was in to purchase prescription sunglasses. Kiirsti was super friendly and patient with me while I made her look up prices on a half dozen pairs. Then the manager came out, recognized me from buying glasses a few months back, and gave me a better deal than the offer I came with to the store. Highly recommended.
Well unfortunately I am editing my original review. I went back for the second time to pick up my glasses and they were again not correct. I will say office staff and new general manager really tried to figure out what the problem was. I left with no answers and no glasses but with the promise of a phone call later that day. I did receive a phone call as promised and the new GM (sorry, don't remember her name) had made a phone call to the Marquette office and together they had figured out that the original prescription was entered incorrectly by office staff. I had a teleheath appointment, but it seems to me that the teleheath physician should be entering the prescription not office personnel, after all it is a prescription. I appreciate the effort made to figure out the problem and the possibility of some compensation for the inconvenience but I can honestly say I don't know what I would say to someone if I was asked if I would recommend Shopko Optical, most likely I would say no based on my experience. I will again say clean office, good selection of frames and friendly staff. I just want my glasses, it has been over a month trying to get this resolved. I do hope personnel will be better trained as we need this service where we live as it is remote with limited access to this service.
