The guy couldn’t help fix my glasses (supposedly easy fix but he couldn’t do it).., what is the point of an optical store if you can’t help your customers with a repair And then try to overcharge for news ones even with insurance? Wouldn’t recommend I’ll take my business to Costco .
Booked my appointment online and so happy that I did. I arrived at Shopko was greeted and quickly served. I have to say I love the optic images and technology that they offer. Dr. Christina Nguyen was warm and welcoming. Answered all my questions and was very efficient. Was extremely knowledgeable. Shelley was fabulous! She helped me maximize my benefits and had the best sense of humor! I'll be back again. I highly recommend.
Wow. I had the best experience here. From the staff that greeted me to the assistants to the eye doctor. Very warm hearted, welcoming, explain things well, happy people. They taught me how to use contacts for the first time and it only took 5-10 minutes! They were so patient and kind and encouraging while learning contacts. I'm excited to come back for my annual exam.
