Shopko Optical

i havent gone for its purpose- but i do work in the strip mall they are located. i had a package to be delivered at my store that went missing. i walked up and down all the other stores to ask if it got delivered to theirs- all the other stores shooed me away and didnt even bother to look and one of them im pretty sure cussed me out in a foreign language for even daring to ask if a package got delivered there. but the ladies here actually took the time to take my info and also show me a mailbox i wasnt aware of for our building i was om the verge of tears as ive had packages go missing at home a lot which is why i ordered one to my store and i just really appreciate their kindness towards me. i know my mom goes here for her eye stuff and i see why. the women there helped me out when it wasnt even their job to do so. give them a raise!!!

Alex (and team members) were wonderful! They really took the time to make sure I found frames that I felt confident in and also made sure I clearly understood what type of lenses would work best for my lifestyle. Thank you, Alex (and Shopko Optical). Can't wait for them to arrive!

I didn’t think getting glasses for my kid would be this easy, but this Shopko was amazing! Nav helped my kiddo pick out the cutest frames and made them feel so comfortable the whole time. She’s super friendly, really knows her stuff, and made the whole experience stress-free. Definitely ask for Nav if you go in!

Trying contacts for the first time felt overwhelming, but Nav at shopko was so kind and patient. She explained everything clearly and never made me feel embarrassed for coming back twice with questions. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands and takes the time to help. I’m so grateful for her support!!!

I am very unhappy with the service at Shopko in Marinette. After two weeks waiting, my glasses did not have the correct prescription. I waited another two weeks and still no prisms in the lenses. Now I had to have another exam by the doctor and again request prisms for the glasses. Now I have to wait again for new lenses. I am driving with double vision because of the neglect of this company.
