I was in on 4/25/26 and the two employees there were so kind and easy to talk to!! I did my first digital visit, and I can’t remember the name of the employee doing my exams with me but he was very friendly and sociable! Courtney helped explain quite a few things to me which was very helpful. Great experience! There are a few shopko optical around town but I always come back to this one.
The optometrist who did my eye exam was great and they were nice enough to adjust my glasses and sunglasses when I picked up my contacts however they neglected to tell me that I would’ve had to purchase a years supply of contacts to be eligible for the debit card rewards instead of the 6 months of the contacts which is what I bought. I really could have uaed the rewards debit card with being retired and on a fixed income so that sucks. They also did not mark my contact boxes like they have in the past years so I had to figure it out myself. I also don’t think I got my piece of paper with my prescription on it. I think their customer service has definitely gone down hill and I have been loyal to them for years. I also noticed that they seem to have a large turnover with their employees. I didn’t recognize anyone when I visited them this time.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Been here multiple times and they are great to work with for either just an eye exam or for full glasses and contacts
Went to shopko optical on west Mason by Walmart and I got new glasses and at first I thought it was great but then the screws kept getting lose and the lenses were not tight in the frame. I went back to them and they replaced the screws but the lenses were still lose. They said that it was my fault for getting the wrong frames and would not do anything about it. Why didn't they say anything about it when I ordered the new glasses but they blew me off and I will never go back there
