I had a great first experience with Shopko Optical. Everyone was kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, especially Dr. Richard Toellner. I also really appreciated Optician Emily P. for patiently answering my million and one questions and helping me choose the perfect frames from all the options I had picked out.

PAIGE was absolutely amazing, so helpful and patient with me. I took forever to make a choice she helped me pick some options and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I even called back the next day and decided to change my option and she helped me again with ease. Kudos to her!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER RETURNING — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! I went in for my appointment to order contact lenses because I RARELY wear glasses. The employee at the front desk told me my contacts were ordered… except THEY NEVER ACTUALLY PLACED THE ORDER. Nobody contacted me, nobody followed up, NOTHING. I went back MULTIPLE TIMES asking about my contacts, and it wasn’t until the THIRD TIME that the staff finally noticed the order was never even processed. And the best part? NOBODY APOLOGIZED. They casually said, “Oh, the order didn’t process.” HELLO??? THAT IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB. No accountability, no communication, no professionalism whatsoever. They completely wasted my time and acted like it was no big deal. If a business can’t handle something as basic as ordering contacts and informing customers, they should not be in business. DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!!!

Quality doctors and support staff that is polite, accurate and quick at their jobs. More over the selection of frames and lenses means that they have something for everyone.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times we're short, even though they were pretty busy when I went in. Solid team, they know what they're doing.
