Very nice and professional staff and doctors. I was surprised at the pre-surgical medical procedures completed. Seems they really know how to take care of patients. Had cataract surgery 24 hours ago. Should take 24-72 hours to clear up. Time will tell
I was very happy with My eye exam. I was very unhappy with the surgeon who did my cataract surgery. The 1st time I met him I was yelled at about my allergies. During surgery things became painful. I was yelled at again. I had problems with my eye starting a week ago after hours and there was no Dr. On call
Knowing I needed cataract surgery per my optometrist, I presented here for an appointment to have the ophthalmologist/surgeon do his exam. I was pleased with his exam. Although he didn’t tell me much about my cataract, he confirmed I needed it removed and spent time answering questions I had regarding the procedure and allergies. I am sure he would’ve told me more about my cataract if I would’ve asked, but I didn’t realize until I left the building that I didn’t have many details about the cataract itself. The tech who roomed me also did a great job explaining, so much so that many of my questions were already answered by the time she finished her exam. The surgery coordinator was helpful and detail-oriented. I chose this place as I heard other clinics have optometrists do the exam that your own optometrist may have already done, you don’t get to meet the surgeon until surgery day, and their surgeons didn’t like to deal with questions. I felt like Dr Patel and staff at Tower Eye made me feel like I was an important part of the team.
My experience was amazing. Everything went smooth and at no time did i have any pain or anxiety. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for cataract removal
