The process here was uncomfortable to say the least. I was rushed throughout the eye exam process. Ultimately the AB test left me feeling like I’m not going to get the best RX for my vision. I never had someone shine the bright light into way eyes for so long to check the back of my retina. Worst experiences I’ve had so far.

First time customer. Came here for services provided. Was not impressed by Kyle or Brittany. Not assuming but after the visits I felt some discrimination vibes coming from them. Kyle was sure my coverage was not included but would double check for me. Turns out he didn’t enter the information correctly as it as very sensitive to do so. Guess what I was covered. No apology from Kyle, just moved on like he didn’t just say he was “sure” my coverage wouldn’t work. Both Kyle and Brittany as the frontline employees of the establishment did not make me feel welcome. There was little to no talking or attempts to offer services and other sales. They never said anything informative or explained anything besides what was minimally necessary to say. And oh I’m not assuming. I’ve been in and out a few times and seen how all other employees interacted with customers and I felt deep within me I was being treated differently by Kyle and brittany. I don’t know if they just hate their jobs and arent trying but the lack of stand up professionalism and lack of communication made me question if they just actually suck at their job or don’t know how to do it well. Unless it is just discrimination like I felt it was with the overall experience. Needless to say I’m more then happy to take my future business elsewhere where and would not recommend friends or family to get their services here unless they have to. PS the rest of the employees seemed normal.

From the time we arrived, to the time we found the eyewear we wanted, were helped by Victoria (who is awesome in her job!!!!), and paid for the eyewear, it took less than an hour. Fast service, quality items, great people helping you out. What else can a customer ask for? Thank you for all you do!!!!

Savanna was great at getting my eyes checked and helping get me a prescription. I’ve never had glasses before but she made it so easy and comfortable and answered all my questions. My only complaint (not really) is that there were too many options for glasses to choose from lol! I can’t wait until my new glasses arrive! 🙂

Staff was very nice and very helpful. I felt there was a lack of choices of glasses for women . The glasses are pricey although I feel most places are. The doctor was very nice and made sure I was good to go. The staff was kind and friendly even after a long day. Evening appointment was appreciated. I had to return the glasses 3 times. Never did they fit. They are giving me my money back. Thank goodness
