Very friendly. You never felt rushed. I have been to many other eye clinics in my life . I always felt I was just a number. RUSH RUSH RUSH. I am older and my exams take a little longer. The staff never made me feel like I holding up next person in line. I felt like I was special. They did not rush me at all. The tests that they did for a proper evaluation were much more thorough than I have experienced at other clinics. Everything they did was explained to me before they started the exam. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction.Sometimes you just know when something just feels right. So it was with my experience with the front end staff to the exam staff and optical fitting staff. Good job. I will tell many others about my experience and recommend the clinic to friends and family.

The most thorough eye exam ever! My 82 year old eyes were well taken care of. Lovely staff all around. Appreciate the calm surroundings too compared to other clinics.

Dr Kessen and his assistants were so kind and patient to my elderly parents who hadn’t had their eyes examined in about 10 years. They were a little apprehensive when it came to the new tech and testing machines (like Puff the Magic Dragon) but the staff made it easy and fun. And then Robin and her team.in Optical were equally helpful in assisting us with picking out new frames for both my mom and dad. This is a full service eye care center our family had been coming to for many years and it was an easy decision to make this my folks’ new provider. Here is a pic of my mom in her new frames!

I’ve gotten my glasses here in the past and was happy, so I decided to get my annual medicare checkup here as well. I found the people to be friendly, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend.
