I’ve visited several optometrist offices since we moved here 10 years ago and this office is the best! Friendly and professional staff and a great selection of glasses in all price ranges and they don’t pressure you to buy anything. They are one of the few in the area that offer “Silhouette” brand glasses. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
It seems as if a part of this may have been some misunderstanding, but the issue has been resolved and was resolved respectfully and promptly. I appreciate it. After being a patient here for several years, coming in periodically whenever I needed a new contact lens prescription, I can honestly say that my recent experience with the new doctor has been the worst experience I have ever had with this office.
I have been going to Siegmund Eyecare for over 10 years. They are excellent in their care of their patients. The doctors are thorough and take the time to talk with you. The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. Their products are high quality not low end super store items. I’m a retired Optician and I look for quality products, skilled technicians and caring doctors. I highly recommend Siegmund Eyecare!!
Arrived early to handle expected new patient paperwork but was surprised with no forms to fill out. Got nearly and ran first time diagnostics and quickly got into exam room with optometrist. Selected some new prescription sunglasses and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Was listened to and felt like a partner in my care the whole time. I’d highly recommend.
