I received outstanding customer service from Tidal Eye Center. We were visiting from out of state and needed some help for my son. Tidal Eye Center was very understanding and quickly helped us. They were a blessing to us.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Krings and the team at Tidal Eye Center. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and made to feel very welcome. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Dr. Krings was incredibly personable and informative. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and made sure I understood my eye health and options. I really appreciated how educational and comfortable the visit felt. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Went in today for an eye appointment after not being to the eye doctors since 2020. From the moment you walk in the two ladies at the front are very friendly. As soon as I finished my paperwork they took me out back and the assistant did some pre-work with my eyes. We then went into the room and Dr Stacy came in. She did some Vision tests with me and then went over her findings. She also explained some things that could happen to my eyes within the next 5 years as I am in my 40s. She explained to me situations where I would need to call the eye doctors immediately. I also asked her for my PD distance so I could buy glasses online and they gave me this willingly. They did not pressure me into buying glasses through them. They also give you a choice to do the retina scan or pupil dilation. Most eye doctors in the area force you to do the retina scan which is not covered by insurance. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Krings and her staff are wonderful!! 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend this practice.
