My husband had the visit and was very impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff and the eye center! Dr. Cantrell as also exceptional at her job very pleased with the whole experience!
It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to an eye doctor. Dr. Baloian was very patient with me as I had my son with me and she was very understanding of my current issue. She walked me through all the different situations as to my astigmatism is getting worse and she gave me perfect explanations to most of my questions. Every tech/ assistant there was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place to locals considering I drove an hour to the appointment, it was worth it.
We found Dr Cantrell to be very competent and pleasant during the eye examination. We were also pleased with the staff and the assistance they provided.
Dr Hernandez is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Her staff from start to finish were amazing. They made me feel relaxed ( eye procedures give me anxiety). They kept me informed and put my fears to rest. I know for my next eye procedure, I won’t stress at all.
Dr Baloian was very professional and kind. I was pleased with her thorough exam And professional mannerism during the visit. Her sense of humor made me feel comfortable and I would recommend her highly .
