This office has amazing customer service. Doctor Morier did a very thorough eye exam. The opticians helped me pick out some frames and applied my insurance to help cover the bill. Overall, great experience. To add on to that, I accidentally damaged one pair of my glasses and the staff was able to set me up to get a new lens for free in just a few minutes since it was in warranty. I don’t live near this location anymore but will still travel extra to go back there in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Consumer Optical I stopped in needing a replacement nose piece for my sunglasses. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful—she mentioned that appointments are usually required but said she’d check. Within just a couple of minutes, she returned with two new nose pieces installed and said, “No charge. Have a great day!” Fabulous customer service! I highly recommend Consumer Optical for eyewear repairs, glasses, or contacts. 😎

They weren't truthful about the price of the exam over the phone. Ended up charging me more than they amount they said they would on the phone. The salesman as well as woman at the front desk were very rude and tried to send me out the door without my prescription after I would no longer buy the glasses. The woman who conducted my exam did an amazing job and was very professional and courteous.

Was confirmed for an appointment last week. Verbally over the telephone when I Arrived was told it was for a different time and I had to come back this week. Came back after filling out all the paperwork last week and providing a copy of my Driver's license and insurance card. And now was told they don't know what happened to my paperwork. This is concerning, as it had my social security number. Date of birth and my Driver's license information, everything you could use to steals one's identity and they had no idea where it went. This is just gross incompetence. I will not recommend going here. Find another doctor
