Dr Rosenberg is thorough with his examination and eye evaluation. The staff is efficient and you do not wait a long time to be examined. Several assistants help during the examination process. Everyone is nice, however, they should wear name tags or introduce themselves to you when they meet you in the future.

Such a good experience! The front desk ladies were welcoming, Pasqual the PA was kind, and Dr. Kumar was thorough and took the time to explain everything — including how to take care of my eyes as I get older. I left feeling informed and well cared for.

My experience was bad-ish. They showed me racism for my apperiance and skin color. They also called my parents out multiple times. When other people came they started laughing and having fun. Horrible. Though the inside was much nicer and treated us way better. They also helped us with a lot of knowledge. Frount counter was bad especially lady with dark hair. Inside with doctor was good. Mid experience.

This review is not about the doctors It is about the office . I had an appointment and was offered an option to pay my co-pay in advance which I did . When I showed up for my appointment the office was closed and nobody was there. 10 minutes after I arrived I received a phone call that the doctor was unable to make it into the office and my appointment was canceled. I have been trying to get back my co-pay for over two months. I've called multiple times the billing department and also went in person to the Plainview office and was told that they could not issue my refund since they did not take the payment when I spoke with the billing office they told me that the Plainview office would be the one to give me the refund. This is extremely frustrating. I should not have to chase after the copay when I was the one who was inconvenienced! **** Your response that you are sorry for my experience and that you aim to provide good service is ridiculous. If you aim to provide good service when you saw this review, you would've called me and gotten me my refund.!

Unresponsive and dishonest medical staff. I cannot reach the Dr. directly to inquire about anything, without them requiring a paid office visit. Finally, got through to a so- called medical coordinator (Marie), who promised a call back, from either herself, or the doctor the very next day.NEVER HEARD BACK FROM EITHER! Questionable calibration of testing equipment, compared to results from other providers. The technicians seem to have poor training. This is simply a money machine, and medical "mill". It is run more like a fast food restaurant, rather than a responsive and caring medical practice. My advice - stay far, far away! ****As you can see from the tone deaf response to my post below, these clowns ask that I continue to "reach out" to them. That's exactly one of the issues! THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME! I'm the patient! Probably too busy making bank deposits!
