I just started a couple day's. I don't think that I actually got the swing of things as yet, but so far I enjoy the music and dance. I need more time to experience this new place

This facility was ran better years ago prior to Covid. 8yrs ago you could have your elderly relative cared for well. Now this place has a different population that is geared more towards psych needs or low functioning adults of all ages. Sadly this program is in a building that also has events hosted by the Senators office. It appears that there plenty of fun but this place does not provide that adequate care your elderly relative would benefit from. Especially with the mixed age group of males. This is a money grab. The individuals that are bussed here spend their day outside during all weather. Rainy , extremely cold or hot. Smoking cigarettes is a huge part of their day, walking back and forth outside. Don’t bring your elderly mother or father here unless you want smoke in their face and spend the day unsupervised outside even when it’s cold. Visit on a random Sunday morning. It’s not worth it.

A low functioning individuals is constantly smoking weed outside in 19 degrees weather and is visible today. She was coughing and coughing. What activity is this and where is staff supervision for a more appropriate activity. This shouldn’t be funded by Medicaid. Shameful.
