Was billed at this location NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN HERE. IM QUADRIPLEGIC AND THIS IS WRONG NEVER HAD AN EXAM HERE. Said I visited 7-03. Will be coming to this location to settle this and reporting y'all to my insurance absolutely disgusting. I have the documents to prove this bs.
One of the Doctors visited me in a facility and I wanted to comment about how well I was treated and how he spoke to me about certain things. I was very pleased with the whole visit. I wanted to Thank him again and I can’t think of a better way to do it than on here.
