Absolutely the best! The testing is probably the best I've ever had. An awesome doctor that explains everything very well. The staff here are very nice and very knowledgeable! I'm so happy with Signature Eyecare!
Customer service has always been excellent when I've visited, whether it was for an exam or a quick adjustment. An arm on one side of my glasses had cracked all the way through. I was concerned about it breaking off over the weekend. Though it was near closing time on a Friday, they happily fixed it and didn't charge anything.
This place is hands down the best eye doctor in Lincoln. Having an eye condition that is more aggressive and can flare up with little to no notice, Dr. Knutson handles my situation with the utmost care and everybody from the front staff to back are incredibly kind and caring. They have helped me with everything from getting new prescriptions and glasses to squeezing me in for an appointment if I have a flare up, to the point that one time I went straight from the airport coming home from a trip to their office! If anybody told me they needed recommendations for an eye doctor I would tell them to run not walk towards their office :)
I’m a new patient of Dr. Knutson. When I arrived, I had a friendly greeting. I filled out some paperwork and then at my exam. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it was time to pick out new glasses, staff Helped me tremendously. I sure can’t say enough about Dr. Knutson. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly man. So these are my new friends, and I will have them all the time. Merry Christmas and a happy new year. 🎄🎅🏻
Stopped in today because I needed my glasses bent back into shape. The kind staff here took care of me right away in a polite and professional manner. They fixed me right up and didn’t charge. I would recommend stopping here for your glasses needs!
