Loved my experience here! They called me to see if I could come in earlier as there was a cancellation which worked perfectly for me. The technician performing the first round of exams and measurements was great. Dr Laura is personable and explains things thoroughly - great personality! The last tech was professional and desk ladies were efficient. Equipment is modern. Place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They have frames etc you can order but no hard sell. Definitely recommend this doctor and location!

After my stroke a little over two years ago, I struggled with the vision in my left eye. Over the past three weeks, everyone at Signature Eye Center has shown incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to work with me and accomplished what others could not. I am truly grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Outstanding Experience at Signature Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff at Signature Eye Center made me feel welcome and cared for. The front desk team, especially Catherine, was incredibly polite, professional, and made check-in smooth and stress-free. Erica went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the testing process. She explained each exam clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, something I really appreciated. Then I met Dr. Koehler, and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time with me, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything about my eye health in detail. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine care, but Dr. Koehler does exactly that. Overall, the entire experience was excellent, friendly faces, great communication, and top-notch care. I highly recommend Signature Eye Center to anyone looking for a place that truly values their patients!

2nd time coming - by far the worse. The technician who assisted was dressed as if she just got out of bed for a front facing position that is poor. I also asked if the coffee machine was working and she replied back with oh we didn’t make any today, that usually implies that the client is looking for coffee and I understand that at a eye place it is not required however as I was finishing my son‘s eye exam. They started making coffee that right there tells me they didn’t care that I asked because when I asked it wasn’t for it wasn’t for them.

Every staff member was attentive and very caring about me at my appointment! Dr. Koehler is very detailed in her exams and explanation of diagnosis
