I got eyeglasses here a few years ago and have been happy with them. I recently broke a bow and they replaced it at no charge. Both experiences with Silbert Optical have been positive. They're professionaI, friendly, and conscientious. I can see why they get so many good reviews.
Made a appointment and went in here to get a eye exam. We were greeted promptly upon entering by the ladies at the front desk. All the staff was friendly and attentive. They have a nice selection of frames available. Overall it was a nice experience. Definitely recommend this place. Will be back again. This place is way better than the big chain stores.
I have gotten my glasses twice from Silbert and have had them fixed a few times besides. The staff is courteous, friendly, and experts in the field. Very happy with their expertise and business!
Called to try and schedule an eye exam. Was told my insurance was not valid, they never verified they had my name spelled correctly, didn't ask for member number, no due diligence. I ended up in tears with insurance, I'm covered. Please stop asking us to shop local if you're not going to treat us like locals. Now I'll go to Camillus to the chain store!!!
Staff was happy and engaging. As I sat waiting for my appointment. There were 2 older ladies (90+) who all the staff made a special effort to say good bye to. That's customer service.
