Visionworks

I have been going to Vision Works for a couple of years now and I think they are great, especially LORI, the front desk person and the reason why I keep going back to Vision Works. Service is prompt and pleasant. Even the remote eye exams, work out very well. LORI is extremely knowledgeable about glasses. The technicians that work there are also very friendly and helpful. I also like the online service where you can get text messages and easily reschedule your appointment without trying to get through by telephone. I am giving a four star review because that has been an issue. It can be very difficult to get an answer when you call Vision Works.

I was late bc of a snow storm and they worked me in, I had time to look for the glasses I wanted. The associate was funny, enjoyed her personality. Doctor was very polite, informative, wrote my prescription and referral and I went and go my glasses I prepicked out prior to being squeezed in. The whole appt was very pleasant and accommodating considering I haven't had a eye exam since the covid pandemic. I went there and never got my glasses after I saw the optometrist. But 100% better experience this time.

While my eye exams now take place with an ophthalmologist due to medical issues, I still get my glasses through Visionworks. The staff are pleasant, attentive and helpful. I love the selection of frames in my price range.

My family have been clients at Auburn Empire Visionworks for years and we have always been satisfied with their quality, service, and price. However, my last visit there changed my opinion of them from good, to top tier. Jessie was super friendly and helpful even though I walked in the door 15 minutes before closing. She answered several of my questions and helped me problem solve an issue I was having with my contacts. After hearing my plight, Lori (the store manager) jumped in to help without hesitation and connected me with an earlier appointment at a different location just to ensure my insurance deadlines and insane schedule were met. Neither woman glanced at their watch, or complained that they were closing; they just helped me. Their kindness and professionalism turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant connection, and I am truly grateful. Thank you so much Jessie and Lori!

Jessie and Laura Jo-Ann were fantastic with professionalism, compassion, and truly caring about my experience at Vision Works. This is the first of several visits to the auburn offices in which I felt like I mattered. It would be an honor to call either Jessie or Laura Jo-Ann a friend. Jessie is a doll. She has such an amazing personality. Instantly I felt as if I had known her for a long time. Thank you Jessie for your compassion and assistance with me finding the perfect pair of new glasses
