Fantastic service by the staffs working here. I recently visited them to get my first pair of glasses in the Silicon Valley and I was very happy with my decision. They have a wide range of collection and they very helpful in explaining to me my insurance policies and benefits.

I had a great experience at Silicon Valley Eyecare. Dr. Jacquelyn Lim was highly professional, thorough, and very patient while working through my complex vision needs. She took the time to carefully fine-tune my prescription and helped me get back to clear 20/20 vision with my glasses, which I really appreciated. Anna at the front desk was also fantastic — she was extremely helpful in accommodating my last-minute appointment and made the whole scheduling process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for me. Highly recommend!
We have always been very pleased with Silicon Valley Eyecare. We have been patients with SVE for many years now and have always been treated very well with all the staff. From front desk to all the opticians and ophthalmologists, we have always had a great experience. Most especially recently with Kim, our optician who assisted both myself and my husband with purchasing our new Rayban Meta eyewear. Kim was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and assisted us both from start to finish. Even during a slight delay with my Meta eyewear, Kim always made sure to update me every step of the way on my order. Thank you Kim for taking such great care of us both and proving the best possible service as we are both very pleased with our purchase and enjoying them!
I came here to get my daughter a new pair of glasses. Even before I arrived I spoke to the front desk and they were so polite and professional. She was able to answer all my questions. When first appt occurred the front office was very attentive and checking in was easy. They were very clear on the next steps. For our appt we were helped by Isabella. She is WONDERFUL! She was sweet to our 4 year old daughter and was able to provide frame options based on my daughter’s preferences and needs. We never felt rushed and she provided many recommendations. Overall our appt went wonderful. Follow up appt was just as great and they made my daughter have such a positive experience. I am definitely coming back for future needs. Super recommend this location!!!
