Customer for five years - so far, I've been in good hands with Dr. Reed and once with Dr. Lampa, when Dr. Reed wasn't available. I have a history of retinal detachments so a trusted optometrist is important. As far as ancillary staff, they are usually adequate and occasionally polite and helpful. Don't expect much and you might get pleasantly surprised.

I walked into Silver Falls Eyecare Center late last Friday afternoon with two pairs of VERY crooked eyeglasses and no appointment. The woman there, I believe her name was Sarah, greeted me with a smile and a "No problem!" And not only did she make the crookedness go away, she replaced the uncomfortable nosepads with soft silicone ones -- in mere minutes and at no charge. What great customer service!

This team is excellent and they use latest technology to compliment their expertise. Appreciate them.

Save yourself some trouble and avoid this shop, worst customer service and it appears even worse workmanship. Waited 4 weeks for glasses to come in, no information, no updates until I called and was told they were scratched and sent back a week prior to my calling. too much trouble to call with that information I guess. Now it appears the progressive lens, start in the wrong place and I'm constantly having to adjust where they sit so I can see. I'll never be back, it's a shame I used my insurance at this place. I'll end up paying full price to get this fixed.
