The Silver Lake Eye Care Center team members are great! From the appointment being set-up to the checking in, through the scans and exams, the competency and professionalism shows. Importantly, I believe the technical medical competencies are top quality—that’s the most important. And when it comes to picking out lenses and frames, the wide number of choices and guidance, helps to bring closure to the experience with an effective and stylish solution. I’ve been through the process and rate it five out of five stars across all aspects.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! Every single person that was there (not just the ones I saw for my appointment but every person we encountered in the building) was so kind and friendly and had a sense of humor too! The care was amazing as well, very thorough and I never felt rushed or like I was just an annoying customer or anything. The exams were very thorough and all the explanations for everything were so easy to understand and I was given plenty of time and opportunities to ask questions. I hadn't gotten my eyes checked in a decade and was so anxious about it all and I was stressing over thinking I'd get scolded or given one of those disappointed dr looks for not taking care of my eyes for so long but instead they were so understanding and encouraging and they were genuinely happy that they could be making my quality of life improve by doing what they were doing. Also so so patient and helpful and very enthusiastic about helping me choose frames and the options I had for everything. Literally had like 20-30 pairs she picked for me and she encouraged me to try on everything and try them on over and over if I felt like it and she gave honest opinions and explained ways to go about finding what fit my face best. Seriously amazing. Also no where near as expensive as I had been prepared for this to be with how bad my eyesight is!

Awesome front staff and Dr Kim was professional and friendly, while very knowledgeable. Went in for my routine eye exam and I also needed new contacts. They gave me a week trial and information on costs if I chose to get them. They weren’t pushy in sales and just overall real, friendly people. Appreciate you guys!

So happy I found this place! The doctors and staff are amazing and easy to talk to. I really appreciated that they took the time to give me personalized recommendations rather than just rushing through the exam. Also, their tech is state-of-the-art - even better than my old place in Bellevue! And they know how to be efficient in the right ways; they had all my insurance info ready for new frames before I even walked out of the exam room. It made the whole visit stress-free

Found out why one eye wasn't seeing well. Good to know what it was. Was recommended drops. And was glad to be able to use frames I had for my new glasses. Just paid for lenses.
