Dr. Joe is the consummate professional. He recommended cataract surgery for me on my first visit a year and a half ago. I was afraid to go forward with it and instead got a thicker pair of glasses costing $1200.00 (against his recommendation of not wasting the money). Within less than 6 months, the glasses were not providing clear vision!!! I made another appointment and he recommended that I have a consult with tge cataract surgeon he works with-Dr Vadhar. Long story short, this past year has been the clearest vision I have had in my life (born myopic & wearing glasses since tge age of 5)!!!! Just had this 1 year check-up and am so pleased & blessed with healthy eyes that only need 2.5 readers. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Joseph Senall & his staff and Dr. Vadhar -cataract surgeon. They made a miracle happen for me at age 72!!!

Presented a $250 rebate offer to purchase contacts with them. Turns out (fine print) it is only for new users. Having used Simon for years for eye exam and contact prescription, they should not have presented an offer that influenced my buying decision that was not accurate. Could not get through to the store. The billing dept option literally says no one is there to help n option 6 (Administration) just disconnects my call.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and Doctors at Simon eye! They have been wonderful to work with just recently scratched my lenses went in And without hesitation, they ordered new lenses for me and we’re able to replace them right In the office. Very friendly and Personable 🤙

I have worn glasses for over 60 years. This past December, I had a routine eye exam with Dr. Senall. While the exam itself was fine, I made the mistake of purchasing new glasses from Simon Eye, where Dr. Senall sees patients. What a disaster. Despite numerous visits to Simon Eye — and even consulting a couple of outside opticians — the expensive frames I bought could never be adjusted to fit quite right. Today, while simply taking them off, the temple snapped off at the hinge. When I took them back to Simon Eye, I was told they were irreparable. Worse yet, while they are technically covered under warranty, the coverage only applies from the original purchase date, meaning the replacement frames won't be warrantied at all. These are hands-down the worst glasses I have owned in over 60 years. Had I known Simon Eye sold such cheap frames at premium prices, I would have used Zenni and saved a bundle. Needless to say, once I receive my replacement frames, I will never return to Simon Eye. UPDATE: Replacement frames also broke. Will be looking elsewhere to get better glasses.

Lovely staff and super clean facility! Helped me out in a pinch while on vacation and had an issue with my lenses. I’m not a regular patient and they made me feel welcome and took care of me so well.
