Stop in today with two pairs of sunglasses that I purchased somewhere else that needed to repaired...She happily took them into another room fixed them and handed back to me. When I inquired about the charges, She said there's no charge. That's truly made my day. I'll be back for sure...
My appointment with Dr. Reeves was much better than I expected. What I thought would be a quick checkup turned out to be a very thorough eye exam. I also appreciated that when I asked about Restasis for my dry eyes, she didn't just hand me a prescription and send me on my way. Instead, she took the time to discuss the issue and recommend a plan to address it.
Always greeted with friendly smiles and a great checkup! The atmosphere is always comfortable and you feel well cared for. We have always been satisfied with our doctor, Dr Myloan Nguyen, and have been seeing her for 5 years now. Very pleased and happy!
My son has autism and healthcare related visits aren't always so smooth. Our tech was amazing! She was patient and kind and I felt completely relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you
Doctors and assistants are great at the Lewes office, but one of the receptionists could use some training in customer service. She got irritated with me when I wouldn't yell out my date of birth after she asked me for it. Please note, there were two patients between me and her. She handed me a paper and said "sign this" without telling me what the paper was about (something that every healthcare office does). She comes across as rude to the patients. I've encountered worse, but she should be told to treat all the patients as though they were her loved ones. Otherwise, this location is very good.
